What is SpeedFun Ghost tuning for Ebikemotion X35?
SpeedFun Ghost is an electronic and intelligent tuning device that does not need any external power supply.
It is designed to circumvent the speed block at 25 kmH allowing to increase the active assistance of the X35 Ebikemotion engine.
Due to the constructive characteristics of this type of motor it is possible to reach speeds of about 29/30 KmH depending on the ebike models.
This tuning for Ebikemotion X35 is active right from installation and if an app or display is connected, the distance and speed data will be indicated falsified. Assistance is slightly reduced beyond 25 KmH.
The tuning for Ebikemotion x35 SpeedFun Ghost is available in two versions:
– Version slim: this round section version measures ∅14 x 170 mm and is slightly flexible. It can be inserted partially or totally inside the tubes in the frame or be fixed externally. This version is the most used and adaptable to most ebikes.

Fitted to Orbea Gain M20. Easy to install – plug and play. The unit is a bit long, but with a bit of zip-tie, the existing cable can be neatly dealt with. Works very nicely – my unit doesn’t seem to cut out until over 20mph, even then the cut-out is so smooth I’m not sure when it actually is. But well over the published 18.3mph. Makes big difference to the ride, especially on those long drags where the extra weight of the e-bike is a disadvantage. Highly recommended!!

Acheté sur les conseils d’un ami (installation aisée, résultat très satisfaisant). Il a un Scott Eride de 2 ou 3 ans. Personnellement j’en possède un depuis 2 ou 3 semaines, mais la configuration actuelle du vélo a évolué et semble ne plus permettre la mise en place du Motion X35. Je vais tenter de le revendre…

Unfortunatelly dongle does not work properly. Basically half the power of mahle motor is gone after installation.”;;; “Instead of 200W motor gives only 100W in highest level of assistance (level 3). It was measured with Mahle app. Loss of power is noticeable and bike with dongle is not suitable for riding uphill anymore.
