As a private customer, you can return your order within 30 days and receive the full purchase price including shipping costs. No matter why, even if the product has been used.
We want you to be satisfied with our products but sometimes that just doesn't work. Our customers service will provide all the support necessary to solve any problem.
RETURN AND REPLACEMENT OF GOODS
To accelerate the entire complaint procedure please follow this procedure:
1) Please, contact us at email@example.com and briefly describe the issue and possible remedy, don’t forget to include the order number and your details.
2) We could send you a new item or proceed with a full refund (replacement or refund).
3) In the event you want a full refund please pack everything carefully and include the order number or a copy of the receipt.
4) An international package must have the designation: “LOW VALUE GIFT”.
5) Please email us a photo of the parcel with the tracking number.
The refund takes place within 2-3 days at the latest after we have received and checked the return. You bear the costs for the return.
There is no legal claim. The statutory warranty remains unaffected.
