RETURNS & EXCHANGES 

WARNING: PayPal disputes: Please contact us before proceeding with a PayPal Dispute Claim. Avoidance in doing so will incur an extra fee which will be not be refunded regardless of the PayPal outcome. 

Most of our returns are for e-bike tuning products (e-bike speed de-restrictors). The returned tunings are shipped back to the manufactures for further testing and feedbacks. To date, 99% of the returned tunings are in perfect working conditions and the claimed defects are indeed due to the customer wrong installation and or failure to activate the tuning via the correct procedure.
It is for this main reason that we advise you to contact us at info@ebikespartsandaccessories.com before shipping the product back. There is no need to call or Whatsapp us since detailed and easy to follow instructions with photos and videos are easily shared via email.
If we cannot make the tuning work on your bike then we will provide your nearest address for the return since we accept returns in Europe, USA, and in Australia.

We do have a return policy of 15 days. After the 15 days expire we may be still able to help you with the return, exchange, and or a refund however conditions may apply. At the end of the day we want to help you to de-restrict the speed limitation of your engine.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in the same condition as you received. It must also be in the original packaging.

Warning: Do not post the product back to the manufacturer.

There are certain situations where unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or an exchange:
- Any items which are not on their original conditions, damaged or with missing parts.

Sale items
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.


REFUNDS
Once your return is received and inspected we will notify you the status of your return. The refund will be process via the payment method of the original purchase. Be aware that in certain cases it may take several days for the amount to be accredited into your bank account.

EXCHANGES
Replacements are only offered for defective or damaged products. If a replacement is required then send us an email at info@ebikespartsandaccessories.com
We will email you the nearest location address for the return.

RETURN ADDRESSES:
International returns should be shipped with a tracking number so we can both check the status of the shipment.

The customer must take full liability for any parcels returned to Ebikes Parts and Accessories due to unpaid customs charges or ignored/unseen emails from your customs agency or chosen carrier (sometime emails ends in the spam folder). Any postal charges, returned shipment costs, customs charges, and handling fees will be deducted from any refund or exchange request.
