Shipping policy
Due to the pandemic situation we ship only with DHL Express, DHL tracked & signed, and in Australia with AUS Post Express (nationwide) to minimise the risk of possible delivery delays. As of today all orders have been successfully delivered in time!
WE DO SHIP FROM EUROPE, USA, AND AUSTRALIA
Orders depart stores Monday – Friday at 12:00pm.
Orders received after 12:00pm will be despatched the following day.

You will receive a tracking number by email as soon the order departs one of our warehouse and or stores. On the day of the delivery you will receive a notification with the exact time the parcel will be delivered.

However, Ebikes Parts and Accessories stock products in Europe, United States, and in Australia in order to reduce delivery times and the cost associated with import taxes. FOR RETURNS: The customer must take full liability for any parcels returned to Ebikes Parts and Accessories due to unpaid customs charges or ignored/unseen emails from your customs agency or chosen carrier (sometime emails ends in the spam folder). Any postal charges, returned shipment costs, customs charges, and handling fees will be deducted from any refund or exchange request.
