Polini is an Italian company well known worldwide for manufacturing racing kits for motorcycles. The first ebike engine was launched in 2016 with the debut of the Polini EP-3 (70 Nm of torque). The first generation engines were mostly mounted on Bianchi e-bikes. In 2019, the EP-3 MX engine was released which was specially designed to be mounted on e-mountain bikes, which is why the torque was increased from 70 Nm to 100 Nm. 
The speed limitation of the Polini engines can be removed with installing one of our tunings.
