Réglage EPAspeed pour les vélos électriques Mahle Motion X35 et X35+
L'EPAspeed est compatible avec tous les moteurs moyeux à 9 broches équipés d'un capteur de vitesse intégré, comme les modèles Mahle X35 ou X35+, également connus sous les noms d'Ebike Motion X35 et X35+. Le réglage s'effectue directement sur le câble reliant le moteur moyeu à la batterie du vélo électrique, qui passe le long de la base.

Comment fonctionne l'EPAspeed Mahle ?
Une fois le réglage EPAspeed installé, il est toujours actif. La vitesse parcourue est affichée divisée par deux. Si votre vélo électrique est équipé d'un écran ou si vous utilisez l'application Ebike Motion, vous pouvez rouler en sachant que la vitesse, même divisée par deux, est toujours exacte. Ainsi, nul besoin d'un GPS supplémentaire pour suivre vos données.
Une fois le réglage supprimé, le vélo revient automatiquement aux paramètres de pré-réglage d'origine.
Important: En raison des caractéristiques de construction du moteur moyeu avec capteur de vitesse intégré, il est difficile de prédire la vitesse maximale autorisée sans bridage. En théorie, des vitesses allant jusqu'à 40 km/h sont possibles, mais en réalité, des vitesses allant jusqu'à 30 km/h restent dans la plage de tolérance. Cela est dû au fait que ce moteur moyeu, avec son couple de 40 Nm, atteint rapidement ses limites. Si le réglage ne permet pas d'atteindre des vitesses plus élevées, cela n'est pas dû au réglage lui-même, mais aux limitations du moteur, de la batterie et de leur micrologiciel.

I ordered one and installed it properly. Support was increased to ca. 30km/h, but the power of te motor was reduced at the same time by ca. 50%. Worst experience for a non functioning product. As explained via email, this has nothing to do with the EPAspeed Tuning itself. Your bike brand make use of a small battery and thus the battery BMS does not allow extra power for speeds over 29-30 kmh..

Hello, due to the constructive characteristics of the hub motor, theoretic speeds up to 40 km/h are possible but in reality up to 30 km/h are within the tolerance range. This is determined by the configuration of your engine system.

I received the unit fitted it but it would not work. After contacting EPASpeed I reported a second failure. By return a new unit had been dispatched and now they have a very happy customer.
