NOTE: Conventional tuning modules offer only limited functionality compared to today’s e-bike standards. They often rely on complex and unintuitive display button sequences for activating, deactivating, or adjusting speed limits. This makes operation cumbersome, especially during a ride. In some cases, users must stop the bicycle and manually rotate the rear wheel multiple times to initiate or confirm the selected setting — a process that is inefficient and inconvenient for real-world riding conditions.
In contrast, the EPAspeed B.Tuning series represents the next generation of e-bike tuning — fully app-controlled, firmware-resistant, and designed for effortless operation. SPEEDBOX 3.0 BOSCH
Compatible avec la dernière mise à jour du firmware Bosch (couple augmenté à 85 Nm)
Compatible avec tous les moteurs Bosch 2021 : Active Line, Active Line Plus, Performance Line, Performance CX Line — y compris les moteurs de 4e génération (MY2021) équipés du logiciel anti-tuning.
La nouvelle SpeedBox Bosch de 3e génération a été entièrement repensée. Grâce à cette refonte matérielle, le compteur de vitesse est encore plus précis, et il est désormais possible de régler vous-même la limite de vitesse.
La puce de tuning SpeedBox supprime totalement la limite de vitesse de votre vélo électrique, permettant d’atteindre des vitesses allant jusqu’à +99 km/h.
Toutes les données de l’écran restent correctes : vitesse actuelle, moyenne, maximale, distance parcourue, etc.
La SpeedBox peut être activée ou désactivée simplement en appuyant sur le bouton WALK de l’unité de commande.
Pour les vélos Bosch sans bouton WALK, l’activation/désactivation est possible en utilisant la combinaison de touches + – + –.
QUALITÉ SPEEDBOX ET GARANTIE À VIE
La SpeedBox est fabriquée avec des composants de haute qualité certifiés par l'industrie automobile. Le matériel de tuning est entièrement scellé et protégé par un boîtier rigide, garantissant robustesse, imperméabilité et donc longévité. Chaque SpeedBox est testée plusieurs fois pendant et après sa fabrication. Grâce à ces normes de qualité élevées, la SpeedBox est garantie à vie.
INSTALLATION FACILE
La puce de tuning SpeedBox est livrée avec des connecteurs d’origine et des câbles codés par couleur, pour une installation rapide et parfaitement ajustée.
Des guides d’installation et vidéos explicatives détaillent chaque étape du processus, simple et clair à suivre.
Aucun outil de diagnostic n’est nécessaire pour l’installation.
Après l’installation, le tuning est activé en appuyant sur le bouton WALK — une valeur de 9,9 km/h (6,2 mph) s’affiche à l’écran pendant environ 3 secondes.
Ce signal confirme que le tuning est actif et que le moteur est désormais entièrement débridé, permettant d’atteindre des vitesses allant jusqu’à +99 km/h (vous atteindrez la limite mécanique de vos rapports avant celle du moteur).
Le tuning est désactivé en appuyant de nouveau sur le bouton WALK — une valeur de 2,5 km/h (1,6 mph) apparaît à l’écran pendant environ 3 secondes.
Le module de tuning est alors désactivé et l’assistance moteur revient à sa limite d’origine de 25 km/h. Pour les vélos Bosch sans bouton WALK, vous pouvez activer ou désactiver la SpeedBox à l’aide de la combinaison de touches + – + –.
Remarque : si vous installez la SpeedBox sur un vélo neuf, assurez-vous de rouler entre 1 et 2 km avant d’installer le module de tuning.
RÉGLAGE DE LA VITESSE MAXIMALE
Pour régler la vitesse maximale, changez de mode dans l’ordre suivant :
Turbo – Sport – Tour – Eco – Tour – Sport – Turbo.
La limite de vitesse actuelle s’affichera à l’écran.
Pour modifier cette limite, appuyez brièvement sur le bouton WALK ou faites tourner la roue arrière de 360°.
1,5 km/h correspond à 15 km/h
2,0 km/h correspond à 20 km/h
3,0 km/h correspond à 30 km/h, etc.
Si 9,9 km/h est affiché, cela correspond à une vitesse maximale de 99 km/h.
Après 5 secondes d’inactivité, la dernière limite sélectionnée est automatiquement enregistrée.
Pour les moteurs Bosch de 4e génération (MY2020), laissez le vélo allumé après votre trajet, jusqu’à ce que l’écran affiche 0,0 km/h en continu.
Pendant cette phase, l’écran indiquera le temps restant en minutes.
Une fois cette indication terminée, le vélo peut être stationné en toute sécurité.

Je connais le problème, il n’y a aucun problème avec l’extracteur. Les manivelles sont en aluminium и le filetage de la manivelle est très fin. J’ai rencontré le même problème la première fois.
