Ajuste de EPAspeed para Mahle Ebike Motion X35 y X35+
EPAspeed es compatible con todos los motores de buje con conexión de 9 pines que incorporan un sensor de velocidad, como el Mahle X35 o X35+, también conocidos como Ebike Motion X35 y X35+. El ajuste se instala directamente en el cable que conecta el motor de buje a la batería de la bicicleta eléctrica, que recorre la vaina.

¿Cómo funciona el EPAspeed Mahle?
Una vez instalado el ajuste EPAspeed, este permanece activo. La velocidad recorrida se muestra reducida a la mitad. Si tu bicicleta eléctrica cuenta con una pantalla o usas la app Ebike Motion, puedes conducir con la tranquilidad de que la velocidad, incluso reducida a la mitad, siempre es precisa. Por lo tanto, no necesitas un GPS adicional para registrar los valores correctos de tus recorridos.
Una vez que se elimina el ajuste, la bicicleta se restablece automáticamente a la configuración previa al ajuste original.
Importante: Debido a las características constructivas del motor de buje con sensor de velocidad integrado, es difícil predecir la velocidad máxima permitida sin restricciones. En teoría, se pueden alcanzar velocidades de hasta 40 km/h, pero en realidad, velocidades de hasta 30 km/h están dentro del rango de tolerancia. Esto se debe a que se trata de un motor de buje con un par de 40 Nm que alcanza rápidamente sus límites. Si el ajuste no permite velocidades mayores, no se debe al ajuste en sí, sino a las limitaciones del motor, la batería y su firmware.

I had a similar issue as the earlier review (Alan) but Paul at Ebikeparts was very helpful. Definitely an increase of power maybe not as much as I had expected but still acceptable. I ordered one and installed it properly. Support was increased to ca. 30km/h, but the power of te motor was reduced at the same time by ca. 50%. Worst experience for a non functioning product. As explained via email, this has nothing to do with the EPAspeed Tuning itself. Your bike brand make use of a small battery and thus the battery BMS does not allow extra power for speeds over 29-30 kmh..

Hello, due to the constructive characteristics of the hub motor, theoretic speeds up to 40 km/h are possible but in reality up to 30 km/h are within the tolerance range. This is determined by the configuration of your engine system.

I received the unit fitted it but it would not work. After contacting EPASpeed I reported a second failure. By return a new unit had been dispatched and now they have a very happy customer.
