NOTE: Conventional tuning modules offer only limited functionality compared to today’s e-bike standards. They often rely on complex and unintuitive display button sequences for activating, deactivating, or adjusting speed limits. This makes operation cumbersome, especially during a ride. In some cases, users must stop the bicycle and manually rotate the rear wheel multiple times to initiate or confirm the selected setting — a process that is inefficient and inconvenient for real-world riding conditions.
In contrast, the EPAspeed B.Tuning series represents the next generation of e-bike tuning — fully app-controlled, firmware-resistant, and designed for effortless operation. Die neue SpeedBox Bosch-Hardware der 3. Generation wurde komplett neu entwickelt. Dadurch ist der Tachometer noch genauer und es besteht nun die Möglichkeit, ein eigenes Geschwindigkeitslimit festzulegen.
Der SpeedBox-Tuning-Chip hebt die Geschwindigkeitsbegrenzung Ihres E-Bikes vollständig auf und ermöglicht Geschwindigkeiten von bis zu +99 km/h. Alle Daten auf dem Display bleiben korrekt: aktuelle Geschwindigkeit, Durchschnitts- und Höchstgeschwindigkeit, Distanz usw. Die SpeedBox lässt sich durch einfaches Drücken der WALK-Taste auf der Steuereinheit ein- und ausschalten.
Bei Bosch E-Bikes ohne WALK-Taste besteht zusätzlich die Möglichkeit, die SpeedBox durch einfaches Drücken der Tastenkombination + – + – ein- bzw. auszuschalten.

EINFACH ZU INSTALLIEREN
Der SpeedBox-Tuning-Chip wird mit Originalsteckern und farbcodierten Kabeln für eine einfache und perfekte Montage geliefert. Installationshandbücher und -videos bieten detaillierte Schritt-für-Schritt-Anleitungen und sind leicht verständlich. Für die Installation der SpeedBox ist kein Diagnosegerät erforderlich. Nach der Installation wird das Tuning durch Drücken der WALK-Taste aktiviert. Auf dem Display wird für ca. 3 Sekunden ein Wert von 9,9 km/h (6,2 mph) angezeigt. Dieses Signal bestätigt, dass das Tuning aktiviert ist und der Motor nun für Geschwindigkeiten bis +99 km/h vollständig entdrosselt ist (vor Erreichen dieser Geschwindigkeit sind keine Gänge mehr frei).
Das Tuning wird durch Drücken der WALK-Taste deaktiviert. Im Display erscheint für ca. 3 Sekunden ein Wert von 2,5 km/h. Der Tuning-Chip wird nun deaktiviert und die Motorunterstützung auf die ursprüngliche Begrenzung von 25 km/h zurückgesetzt. Bei Bosch E-Bikes ohne WALK-Taste besteht zusätzlich die Möglichkeit, die SpeedBox durch Drücken der Tastenkombination + – + – ein- bzw. auszuschalten.
HINWEIS: Wenn Sie die SpeedBox auf einem brandneuen Fahrrad installieren möchten, fahren Sie vor der Installation des Tunings mindestens 1–2 km damit.
SO STELLEN SIE DIE MAXIMALE GESCHWINDIGKEIT EIN
Um die Höchstgeschwindigkeit einzustellen, muss der Modus gewechselt werden: Turbo – Sport – Tour – Eco – Tour – Sport – Turbo. Anschließend wird das aktuelle Geschwindigkeitslimit angezeigt. Um die aktuelle Höchstgeschwindigkeit zu ändern, muss die WALK-Taste kurz gedrückt werden oder das Hinterrad um 360° gedreht werden. Eine angezeigte Geschwindigkeit von 1,5 km/h entspricht einer Höchstgeschwindigkeit von 15 km/h, eine angezeigte Geschwindigkeit von 2,0 km/h entspricht einer Höchstgeschwindigkeit von 20 km/h, 3,0 km/h im Display entsprechen einer Höchstgeschwindigkeit von 30 km/h usw. Werden schließlich 9,9 km/h angezeigt, entspricht dies einer Höchstgeschwindigkeit von 99 km/h. Nach fünf Sekunden Inaktivität wird das zuletzt gespeicherte Limit gespeichert.
Beim Bosch-Motor der 4. Generation (Modelljahr 2020) müssen Sie das E-Bike nach Beendigung der Fahrt eingeschaltet lassen, bis das Display eine konstante Geschwindigkeit von 0,0 km/h anzeigt. Innerhalb dieser Zeit wird die verbleibende Zeit in Minuten angezeigt. Anschließend kann das E-Bike sicher abgestellt werden.

Je connais le problème, il n’y a aucun problème avec l’extracteur. Les manivelles sont en aluminium и le filetage de la manivelle est très fin. J’ai rencontré le même problème la première fois.
